Matrix question – all items should be separately ignorable

Dear all,

I have a matrix question set on DAC “yes (ignorable)” and all items are on DAC too.
If just one item is not answered there comes a reminder which is fine.

But here is my problem:
All sinlge items can be ignored if the question ist ignored. I would prefer that every single item must be ignored.
How can I achieve that?
