Can you direct me to the correct department regarding my request for the activation of the Combined Data Export function in UniPark? I have completed and signed the necessary form.
After sending it to the mail address provided on the form (contact@tivian.de), I received the automated response that the inbox is not monitored. I followed the links suggested in the attached mail and the instructions on the help portals simply say “Return the completed application to Tivian for processing”.
