I can’t use the App, it has suddenly decided to start charging me for a parking session I didn’t initiate, it’s been running all day without any notification, and now I can’t use it to park for my real parking space!
I had to search for other options and now I’m using “carOne” (which seems a better App and only charges 0.15c to use where UniPark charges 0.35c, so that’s a small bonus…)
But I need to get the company to fix this fault before I get charged a stupid amount at the end of the day for something I didn’t ask it to do.
Why is there no support or help option in the App? Why is there no support or help published on the website?! There is one telephone number they publish (according to Google) but it doesn’t receive incoming calls, it just disconnects without ringing (does it object to my foreign phone number?) and the contact page seems to be for corporate users.
