Has anyone here actually tried to Promote OnlyFans in Tier 1 countries with paid ads? I kept hearing that traffic from places like the US, UK, and Canada converts better, but I wasn’t sure if it was worth the higher ad costs.

At first, I was honestly hesitant. Tier 1 traffic is expensive. Every click feels like it costs double compared to other regions. I kept wondering, what if I burn through my budget and get nothing back? That fear stopped me for a while. I saw people online saying it works, but nobody really shared what they struggled with in the beginning.

Eventually, I decided to test small instead of going all in. I read a few guides, including this one about how to Promote OnlyFans, just to understand how others approach paid ads. What I noticed from my own testing is that targeting matters way more than just choosing a Tier 1 country. When I narrowed down interests and focused on specific audiences instead of broad targeting, things started to improve.

Another thing I learned the hard way was creatives. What works in cheaper regions does not always work the same in Tier 1. The audience feels different. They scroll fast, and they expect something that looks polished but still personal. Once I adjusted my ad style and kept my budget controlled, I started seeing more consistent results.

I am not saying it is easy money. It definitely is not. But if you test carefully, track everything, and avoid overspending in the beginning, it can make sense. For me, the biggest shift was treating it like an experiment instead of expecting instant profit.
