Hi everyone I am new to boxing and just getting started I am looking for advice on what basic gear I should get gloves wraps and other essentials Any recommendations for a beginner friendly setup would be really helpful.

Hi, I have been training in boxing for several years, and I know how confusing it can be to choose the right gear when you are just starting out. I can help you find what you need, and you can take a look at my recommendations here Fightgear it simple bacause I use this myself, and it works well for beginners and more advanced training, so it should be very helpful for you.

In Pips NYT, I realized too late that I had been counting pips correctly but grouping them incorrectly. Fixing the grouping changed the entire outcome.

Welcome to boxing! Start with hand wraps, a good pair of gloves and a mouthguard. You might also consider headgear and a jump rope. Keep it simple at first, focus on basics and you can add more gear as you progress.
