Hello
I have taken out a 3-month subscription for Unipark so that I can create a questionnaire for my Master’s thesis on Unipark/Tivian. Unfortunately, I don’t have any access (see attached screenshot), I don’t know where the link is where I can log in now, nor have I received any access data. My product key also only says “Could not add admin org: [%s]=[%s]”.
I logged in with the student e-mail address of my university, the University of Salzburg.
I have already been in contact with Cleverbridge support (pure payment provider, could not help) and with Tivian themselves, who referred me to Unipark support. I have already tried to reach someone here twice, unfortunately without any response so far.
Has anyone had a similar problem and can help me?
I am missing the link to the website where I can create the questionnaire, my user name and password as well as the product key.
Please help!
