We have just launched the campaign for our survey. Yesterday afternoon there were already problems, the survey was temporarily unavailable and the statistics feature did not work. Now the survey and the entire https://ww2.unipark.de/ are unavailable “502 Bad Gateway nginx”. So far, there has been no response to emails. No one can be reached by phone either.
Very annoying, because it is very difficult to motivate participants and multipliers to take a second attempt.
