Continuous printing heats up the thermal head, and if the temperature remains high for too long, the text may become lighter or fade slightly until the device cools down. However, a good mailing postage label printer is typically designed for long print runs, especially those intended for shipping departments or small businesses. If you keep the thermal head clean, print quality will remain consistent even with intensive use.
