I’d really appreciate help and any ideas on how to fix this.
The institute I’m working with said they are getting redirects with another dispcode than what is actually in the data. So they get redirects with dispcode 31, so a completed survey, when actually the dispcode is 37 because they got screened out due to not giving consent.
I already checked the redirect links 10 times. No mistake there. When I click through the survey, I get redirected to the right sites. I can’t figure out what the problem is and if it is on my part at all.
