One of my anonymous participants checked a wrong answer, that I first noticed while using ESF Reporting+. Because of that, one of my graphs looks weird – can I somehow adjust his answer to another given option?
    Dear Team,

My project number is 997787, named “Narrative preferences”. I start off with asking my participants which gamer type they are (e.g. Acrobat, Gardener, Ninja, etc.). My participants either have a primary gamer type (e.g. Acrobat) or a blender type (Acrobat/Gardener).

I noticed that during the first question (q_12274753) that asked, what is your primary gamer type, one participant selected “Acrobat”. And in the second question (q_12274802), where I ask for his blender type (in case he has one), he gave in “Acrobat” again, so he was an “Acrobat/Acrobat” (instead of choosing the option “I am not a blender type”).

Is there any way I can change his answer from the second question from “Acrobat” to the option “I am not a blender type”? It looks a bit weird on my EFS Reporting+ graph.

    Thanks,

    Sofia

    Dear Sofia,

in EFS there is a function to be able to change data (Statistics >> Detailed view >> Pencil icon). This right is not normally enabled in Unipark.

However, you could also exclude this participant from the entire evaluation: Report >> Report filter, and then select the variable lfdn at the top, != i.e. unequal, and then enter the corresponding number of this participant.

Then the evaluation will at least look better.

    Best regards,

    Birgit

    Dear Birgit,

I apologize for the delay – but the filter function worked. I excluded it and now the tables don´t look too weird anymore. I´ve sent an e-mail now to “info@unipark.de”, to activate the PDF export function (can only currently export the results as HTML).

    Thank you for your suggestion!

    Best wishes,

    Sofia

    Dear Sofia,

If you want to have the right to change data, this is only granted in connection with the so-called combined export right.

You can apply for this here:

    info@unipark.de

    Please state the following:

Combination export with detail_view_edit, the right to change data.

    Best regards,

    Birgit
