    Hi,

I am not allowed to track either cookies or ip address in an anonymous survey. I am not allowed to use a survey tool that does that or submits data about users to facebook, google, etc.

So what settings to I have to set to fulfill these requirements?

    Thank you

    Hi Bettina,

we generally don’t use facebook or google analytics, neither in EFS or on our Website. Per default EFS doesn’t save the IP address of participants, you need to unlock a special data sensitive right with a privacy agreement first (combined data export), and only then you will be offered the option to turn on collection of IP addresses.
Regarding the Cookies, you can easily disable them in you project under “Survey menu”–>”Project properties”–>”Login options”. If you uncheck the box, no Cookies will be set for this survey.

    Best,
    Unipark Team
