Redirects at the end of the survey

Hi all,

I’m working with cint/lucid and need to redirect respondents back to them at the end of the survey and also if they do not give their consent.

Per their instruction I’m sending respondents back with a unique identifier as a dynamic variable in the URL. Here’s how I implemented it, but it seems not to work on their end. Any ideas what’s going wrong?
