Triggers are sent simultaneously

Dear Sir or Madam,

In our surveys (e.g., 909755), triggers that are actually set to be sent with a dynamic offset are being sent at the same time. As a result, participants sometimes receive five emails at once, which should actually be spread over two months. What is the reason for this?

Hello,

we are experiencing the same issue: our emails, which are supposed to be sent with a dynamic offset, are being sent immediately after the survey instead of after one day. We also tried intervals of 2 hours and 30 minutes, but consistently encountered the problem that the trigger does not function as configured.

We have already contacted support, but have not received a response yet. Can somebody provide assistance?

we are facing the same problem: our emails, which are supposed to be sent via the dynamic function of the mail trigger, are being sent immediately after participation in the survey, instead of the planned one week later.

Already sent a ticket weeks ago about this. So far, no reaction at all from the support team.

I have called the support team. They know about the bug and want to implement their fix on all plattforms next week hopefully. Fingers crossed!
