In our surveys (e.g., 909755), triggers that are actually set to be sent with a dynamic offset are being sent at the same time. As a result, participants sometimes receive five emails at once, which should actually be spread over two months. What is the reason for this?
we are experiencing the same issue: our emails, which are supposed to be sent with a dynamic offset, are being sent immediately after the survey instead of after one day. We also tried intervals of 2 hours and 30 minutes, but consistently encountered the problem that the trigger does not function as configured.
We have already contacted support, but have not received a response yet. Can somebody provide assistance?
