We are facing the same issue. Since yesterday Unipark has been running extremely slow. What a pity that we launched a survey yesterday. I have already tried to reach out the technical support but did not receive any answer. So please, Unipark, try to fix the problem and get in touch with us. It is extremely important.
By the way it is kind of frustrating that you only seem to have a 0900-… service number which causes tremendous costs and hence, is even not allowed to call to from my institution.
We have the same problem. Pages are loading very slow and when a loop in our survey is triggered, pages to not load at all. This is extremely problematic because our survey is already launched as well.
Our facility is unable to obtain any technical support from Unipark.
Since yesterday evening Unipark seems to load a bit faster than the previous two days. However, as Madita, we have problems with triggers. We have dynamic answers in a list with picture URLs and the URLs are dependent on a trigger variable. This is not working anymore. Could you please check this issue?
Same here on the ww2.-Server… Is there anyone from Tivian active in this Forum, who might be able to clarify, if and when these slowdowns might be fixed. I do have some projects going live the following week, as the students of my seminar start their emirical study. I might be able to hold them back for a few days, but these slow downs could mean the death of their seminar work.
