thank you for your response and help. I already downloaded data for all disposition codes, which can be marked (Survey is anonymous, therefore disposition code 10 (“Consent seen”) cannot be downloaded.) and I only get data on 116 participants, from which about 14 have disp.code 20 meaning they did not start the survey. However, in the project overview it still shows that there are 6317 people in the overall sample. So, I am still wondering what the remaining 62oo people did, when they could be recorded by Unipark but there is no data available for them.
Maybe I’ll try to set the time until a participant is marked as inactive to less than 30 minutes, since the documentation says this is customizable when contacting the Tivian Support?
