Hi,

setting the inactivity to less than 30min is unfortunately only possible when working on your own installation, but not on Unipark (collective) installations.
When downloading data with the full disposition codes, do you get entries (rows) for all 6k+ participants, or only for 116?
In general, data from the Field Report of the Statistics are not representative, as the purpose of Statistics is to provide insights during the project’s data collection phase.
The data in the exported file is the actual participant data that has been generated and saved. More information on Statistics can be found here.

Als Vorbereitung musst du bei

Umfrage A:

• Daten exportieren, diese müssen auch die Email Adresse der Teilnehmer enthalten
• In dieser Datei die Daten so aufbereiten, dass sie die Antwort, die in Umfrage B gezeigt werden soll, enthält, es können auch mehrere sein
• Diese Antwortspalten als Teilnehmervariablen benennen, also z.B. u_antwort1, u_antwort2 etc.
  Die Datei sollte dann nicht mehr enthalten als:
  Überschriften: email (evt. u_name, u_vorname …) und u_antowrt1, (evtl. u_antwort2)
  Datenzeilen entsprechend

Umfrage B:

• muss personalisiert sein, auch wenn die Einladungen nicht über EFS verschickt werden
• Teilnehmervariablen anlegen (hier die Dokumentation dazu), u_antwort1, Typ: Text, und beide Häkchen setzen.
• Die vorbereitete Teilnehmerliste aus Umfrage A importieren (hier die Dokumentation)
  An den gewünschten Stellen im Fragebogen können nun im Text die Userantworten aus der Liste als Platzhalter eingefügt werden mit dem Code:
  #u_antwort1# (und evtl. #u_antwort2# usw…)

Einladungliste erstellen:

• In der Teilnehmerverwaltung über den Button: “Excel-Export” die TN exportieren, dort ist dann die Email Adresse sowie der individuelle (Zugangs)Code der Teilnehmer zur Umfrage enthalten.
• Daraus kann man die individuellen Teilnahmelinks so zusammenbauen:

  URL/?code=
  (URL ist der Link zu Ihrer Umfrage aus dem Umfragemenü)
  und dahinter anhängen:
  ?code=
  und daran dann den jeweiligen individuellen Zugangscode der Teilnehmer

das könnte dann z.B. so aussehen:
https://ww2.unipark.de/uc/Beispielteam/g8di/?code=123456789

Die Teilnahme für die Probanden ist nur mit diesen (Zugangs)Codes möglich, über die Einladung erhält jeder Teilnehmer seinen eigenen Code, und die im Fragebogen angegebenen Antworten werden dann auch diesem Code zugeordnet und gespeichert.

Hallo Kira,

du kannst das ganze in einem Plausicheck umsetzen, dazu legst du einen Plausicheck als Standard-Check an:
im Standard-Editor auswählen:

v_2 [Kinder] < (eingeben im Feld daneben) v_1 [Haushaltsgröße]
(v_1 ist die Haushaltsgröße und v_2 die Anzahl der Kinder die im nächsten Schritt angegeben werden kann)

Dadurch muss es weniger Kinder geben, als insgesamt Personen im Haushalt und damit ist deine Bedingung erfüllt.

hast du den “Vorschau” Button auf der Seite benutzt für die Durchläufe 2 & 3 oder den regulären Link aus der Projektstartseite? Bei der Vorschau werden die eingegeben Daten nicht gespeichert, vielleicht liegt es daran?

Hi,

you need the right for combined dataexport, to be able to export participant and survey data together. This right is deactivated per default, but can be activated by sending a signed privacy agreement to the Unipark Support.

Hi Max,

did you try to mark all disposition codes and export a file with all data? You can then use filters in SPSS or Excel, sometimes this can give more lucid clarity about the behavior of participant(s)/(groups).
Opening the survey and leaving the Tab open counts for EFS as an active participant, only after 30 minutes of inactivity, or if the Tab is closed the spot for this participant is freed again. So this definitely might also be an issue. Generally you can get the participants that suspended the survey or terminated it early through the following disposition codes:
Code 20 (only in anonymous surveys) marks participants as “Not yet started”, if they only opened the first page of the survey and then left. Disposition code 22 “suspended” is applied when a user suspends the survey somewhere in between (like described above). Or code 42 “Consent rejected” if the GDPR consent on the first page is declined.

Hi Bettina,

we generally don’t use facebook or google analytics, neither in EFS or on our Website. Per default EFS doesn’t save the IP address of participants, you need to unlock a special data sensitive right with a privacy agreement first (combined data export), and only then you will be offered the option to turn on collection of IP addresses.
Regarding the Cookies, you can easily disable them in you project under “Survey menu”–>”Project properties”–>”Login options”. If you uncheck the box, no Cookies will be set for this survey.
